I work with all the caregivers (mommas, nurses, PTs, OTs, first responders, techs, and you too) who want to get back to the basics of taking care of themselves so they feel less “blah” and more “right-on.”

The Energized and Peaceful Pathway
The system that takes you back to the basics of caring for yourself. Don’t worry, you’ll still have time to take care of everyone else, too.
Less Anxiety, More Peace
At this point in time you’re feeling that if one more triggering event or thing is added to your plate, you’ll pop! In this step we will acknowledge all these feelings, and create a plan to Nourish your Nervous System.
We will increase the amount of time spent calming those frayed nerves.
Less Pain, More Energy
The brain and the gut are intimately connected. We need to support this relationship by Nourishing your Gut. In this step we identify any uncomfortable symptoms you may be having and identify ways you can heal inflammation in your body and give your gut bacteria some much needed love.
Less Judgment, More Confidence
Here, you’re going to be nicer to yourself. In this step we identify all the triggers: unpredictable workplace, loud children, shame or comparison etc., so that we can uncover how these thoughts are influencing how you feel in your brain & body.
You will learn how to relate to these triggers in a new way that leads you to confidence and resilience.

Initial Kickoff Session to craft your Energized and Peaceful Pathway together
4 weekly, private coaching sessions on the phone or Zoom, which can be recorded if you choose, 45 minutes
Ongoing email support to help you tackle any questions/concerns that arise while you implement your plan
Bi-weekly Coaching
Every benefit above except we meet twice per month, with an email check-in on the weeks we don’t have a coaching session
